This beach house is situated 500 meters approx from main surf beach and surf club. 300 meters from in town golf course. 5 Minute walk to beach and 15 minute walk to town. 250 meters to local store for food and wine. Comfortably set up to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Grounds kept clean and lawns trimmed regularly by contractor.
